Appointments will be available Monday – Friday either in the morning or afternoon. Each appointment will last approximately 3-4 hours with only minor prep work on your end prior to the appointment.

Residents will be required to complete these tasks in order for upgrades to be completed:
– All items removed from under kitchen sink
– All items removed from under bathroom sinks
– All items removed from on top of refrigerator and moved out of the way
– All items removed from bath/shower and moved out of the way
– All items cleared from kitchen and bath countertops (where work will be completed)
We will not be responsible for personal items damaged during upgrade process. Please clear your personal items to a space unaffected by upgrades.
